Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Service with service development and integration across centres as well as different services in the Society.
Monitor and manage the elderly services.
Drive elderly services to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and risk control.
Ensure service quality and support further development in response to changing community needs.
Co-ordinate internally on issues in the elderly service setting.
職位要求
Registered Social Worker.
Degree in Social Work with at least 7 years of post-graduate solid experience.
Proven experience in management or supervisory role within elderly service.
Strong leadership qualities with a positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
